Private Reformer Classes
The reformer is a versatile and safe piece of equipment to practice your Pilates which will strengthen you, lengthen you, increase flexibility and build your stamina. On the reformer, you are able to perform exercises lying down, on your side, on your stomach, sitting, standing, and even jumping! The exercises vary greatly and go from beginner all the way through to advanced.
